RDMC produces a variety of Outcomes related reports. We have the ability to create web-based reports that are updated in a real-time environment. By providing dynamic information, whether it be through the use of e-mail or the world-wide web, we allow our consumers a wide range of reporting flexibility.

Currently we distribute Outcomes reports in several different reporting formats. Some of these include:

• Drug and Alcohol Information
• Assessments of Levels of Functioning
• Assessment Completion Ratings
• Total Scores by Rater Code
• Subscale Scores
• Fatal Error Rates
• Participation Refusals and Non-Fatal Error Rates

Our group has the ability to develop custom reports tailored specifically to your Outcomes associated need. We have also developed training tools for the BPRS and SMI instruments that aid the provider in implementing these clinical instruments.
