Health Care Performance Measurement System
A series of converging factors is escalating the need to improve health
care service delivery. In today's society there is increasing demand to
improve the value of service for the patient, consumer, agency, and purchaser.
Providers must not only demonstrate the quality of their care, but a strong
dedication to performance improvement.
Our group has a wide array of experience in the implementation,
design, and maintenance of performance measurement systems. We currently
maintain a JCAHO listed performance measurement system; custom software
and the use of new and innovative Internet technologies, developed completely
in-house, allows us to process measurement data with little to no turnaround
time. Which increases the strength and value to the participating healthcare
organization, by allowing users to get immediate feedback. We do on-site
monitoring to increase the validity of the data submitted and also provide
technical support for the organization during normal business hours. Lastly,
the system provides the health care organization a capacity for comparative
evaluation that goes well beyond the basic requirements of the accrediting
body. Our group has the tools to provide a level of State and National
benchmarking previously unprecedented in today's changing health care
environment.
