System Design
Turnkey systems are by far the least time and effort
intensive to implement though they will likely require drastic changes
to the way your organization functions and may lead to duplication of
effort, in the end creating more work and diminishing returns.
A system developed in-house will ideally be the perfect
fit as it will incorporate all the desired functionality and compatibility
with existing process, but who will build and maintain it? Contracting
this kind of development will be very expensive, time consuming, and most
likely a never-ending process.
Most businesses find that purchasing a system that has
most of what they want and tailoring it to better fit their needs is overall
a more economical and feasable option.
